Pre-Call Study and Eligibility Determination

  • Conduct a thorough case study to determine the current eligibility of assigned sellers using available resources and online tools.

Client Communication

  • Connect with clients through telephone calls to obtain and verify information.
  • Update client profiles based on collected and verified information to meet the desired profile score.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of using our services, answer their questions, and clear any doubts.
  • Inform clients about the recorded conversations before collecting any information.

Case Management

  • Dispose of cases with appropriate reason codes based on conversations with respective sellers.
  • Follow up with sellers based on their requests made during calls.

Target Achievement

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
  • Work 3-4 hours a day to achieve the target number of daily connections and content collection.

Work Schedule

  • Days: Monday through Saturday
  • Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hours/day)

Work Environment Requirements

  • A good working environment at home with a dedicated private area.
  • A computer and a smartphone (Android) with a separate SIM for calling.
  • Good internet connectivity.
