Scope of Work
Service Partner will manage all voice calls from Flipkart (FK) customers, providing support in Hindi and English.
All agents must be proficient in speaking, writing, and comprehending both English and Hindi.

Criteria for Applicants
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English.
- Eligibility: Both experienced individuals and graduates can apply.
- Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of documented experience in any customer service sector such as BPO, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or Counseling.
Shift Flexibility
Both males and females must be comfortable working 24/7 shifts.
Work Schedule
The work schedule includes six days a week with rotational days off.
Availability
Immediate joining is required.
Training
Training is paid and mandatory, with certification required upon completion.
Screening Rounds
- HR Round
- Functional Round
- Psychometric Test
- Typing Test: Minimum speed of 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Voice Versant Test: Minimum Level 4 required.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹14,500 per month (CTC).
- Experienced: ₹15,500 to ₹20,500 per month (CTC), based on experience.
