Position Overview
Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their Flipkart Voice Process team. This role involves handling customer queries and providing solutions over voice calls. The position is 100% call-based and allows you to work from the comfort of your home. This is a contractual role for six months with the potential for extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Flipkart services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum educational qualification required is Higher Secondary (H.S.) or 10+3 years Diploma, or Graduate.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Experience Documents: Experience letter or joining letter with the last three months of salary slips will be considered valid.
Work Schedule
- Shifting Hours: Rotational shifts 24/7, 9 hours a day including a 1-hour break.

Compensation
- Experienced Candidates: ₹15,400 in hand per month (CTC: ₹2,09,447 per annum).
- Fresher Candidates: ₹12,700 in hand per month (CTC: ₹1,79,447 per annum).
Training Period
- Stipend: During the 30-day training period, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹300 per day. This stipend will be credited after successful certification.
