Responsibilities

Take appropriate action based on standard procedures and tools |
Document actions with detailed annotations |
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and annotations |

Analyze performance metrics to drive business goals |
Meet predetermined productivity and quality standards |
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English
- Data Handling: Ability to interpret large datasets
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic team environments
